Books on My Summer 2021 TBR | Top 10 Tuesdays

It’s Tuesday, which mean’s it’s also Top 10 Tuesdays, which is hosted by Jana @ThatArtsyReaderGirl, make sure to check her blog out!

Anyways, here’s the list

It’s been a while, but now I’m back! Here are some great books that I’m looking forward to reading, hopefully in the summer! I don’t tend to read based on season (though I do try to read spooky books in October), so this list is a very eclectic group. Still, I hope to enjoy lots of reading this summer and I hope you can, too!

Anyways, here’s the list

The Heart Principle | Helen Hoang

Lucky enough to score an ARC of this. I’m so excited to read another installment in this ridiculously readable romance series!

Lab Girl | Hope Jahren

This is on my Reading Women Challenge list for my nature book prompt. I’m excited to dig into it! Plus, I figure nature stuff is great to read about when everything is so green and beautiful!

Luck of the Titanic | Stacey Lee

I picked up a copy of this from the library. I loved The Downstairs Girl so I’m looking forward to reading more by Lee. I’m excited to see what story she brings to this well-documented historical event.

Karma Khullar’s Mustache | Kristi Wientge

I began this book a while ago but had to put it down because I was too busy. I’m ready to crack into it again! Looking forward to some off-the-beaten-path middle grade lit!

The Last Story of Mina Lee | Nancy Jooyoun Kim

I bought a copy of this book because I’m really enjoying expanding my Asian literature shelf. This one sounds really good and it’s a popular book-club book, so I’m curious to see what the buzz is about.

Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine | Gail Honeyman

I have been recommended this book and I also hear it’s a quirky one and I do love quirky! I also think it just sounds like a good summer read. We shall see!

I’ll Be the One | Layla Lee

This cover just screams summer to me. Plus, I’m looking forward to reading a K-Pop-centric story! This one also sounds super diverse, so I’m looking forward to that, too!

Other Words For Home | Jasmine Warga

This has one a few awards and I think it sounds so interesting. I have been meaning to read it for a while, regardless of season.

The Incendiaries | R. O. Kwon

This is another book I have also been meaning to read for a while. Plus, why not read about explosive things during the hottest time of the year?

The Good Son | You-Jeong Jeong

I ordered a copy of this book because it sounds like the kind of mystery-thriller I like. I’m looking forward to reading it and I hope it’s as thrilling as it sounds.

How about you?

What are some of your recommended books? Please post yours in the comments and share the love! I hope you enjoyed the post and thank you for stopping by!
