Currently Reading:

Sense and Second-Degree Murder by Tirzah Price

Sense and Second-Degree Murder | Tirzah Price: I’m finally reading this ARC. I’ve been looking forward to starting it for a while, as I so enjoyed the first one. I really enjoy how Price adapts Austen into a murder mystery. The changes she makes are so interesting and fit amazingly well. I’ve been enjoying the book so far – I’m about 20% of the way in – and I feel like this is going to be a great sequel.

Recently Finished:

Portrait of a Thief by Grace D. Li

Portrait of a Thief | Grace D. Li: *sigh* I did not enjoy this book. I will be able to explain more in my review post, but this was a pretty big disappointment for me. I was actually surprised by how unlikeable most of the characters were – mostly due to the writing, probably. I feel that Li just didn’t go in-depth enough for any one character to feel fully fleshed-out. The book was also very repetitive. I wish it lived up to the hype.

Reading Next:

Heart and Seoul by Jen Frederick

Heart and Seoul | Jen Frederick: This was a something I spotted at the library and just picked up. I love a good romance and this one seems like a really cute premise. I also like that it takes place in Korea, somewhere I’d love to visit in the future. I hope the story is as sweet as the description makes it out to be!
