I cannot believe it is already the last month of the year. I’ve had such a good time reading so many new books this year. I can’t believe that it’s almost time for me to start thinking about my reading plans for next year! I am thinking more and more about trying to read only books that I own (the hoard is growing!), or at least make those my priority, before reading library books or books I purchase next year (at least, those will go to the bottom of the pile!). We’ll see if I can hold myself to it!

These are the books I currently have on my TBR for the month:

Daisy Darker by Alice Feeney – This will be my second Feeney book. I quite enjoyed the first (Rock Paper Scissors) and I’m curious to see how I’ll like this one. I’ve seen it popping up a lot on mystery genre lists, so I feel it comes well recommended.

Murder, She Knit by Peggy Ehrhart – I just think the title sounds fun, plus I love knitting and cozy mysteries. This combines the two for what I’m hoping is a really delightful read. I want something nice and easy for my winter break.

The Lathe of Heaven by Ursula K. Le Guin – My book club voted this to be our next read. I actually have read this book before, and I enjoyed it. I’m looking forward to having a group discussion of it, since I read it for myself last time. Le Guin has such interesting stories. This one is short, but it’s gripping.

In a Holidaze by Christina Lauren – I would like to get to this book this month (for obvious reasons), but I don’t know if I’ll be able to. I’m putting it on my TBR pile, just because I’ve been wanting to read another Crh

What books are you reading this month?
If you’ve read any books from my list, let me know what you thought of them. Do you have any of these selections on your TBR? Let me know in the comments. I’d love to chat with you.
Stay tuned for reviews. Thanks for stopping by!
